The studio offers two fully-equipped wings, each with outfitted control rooms and isolation booths - designed by renown Nashville audio technician David Rochester - to meet the highest standards for recording, mixing, mastering, ADR, and visual post-production work. Magnolia's separate live room is primed for full-band tracking, podcast production, or content capture. The building’s communal lounge and hospitality area is outfitted with a professional, cafe-level coffee bar and seating.
The studio’s wings & live room, designed with privacy in mind, are available independently, or larger-scale productions can rent the studio in its entirety.
